Minimum credit score of 650 or higher. Bankruptcy History. No bankruptcy or Bankruptcy discharged more than 4 years ago. Collections. No non-medical collections. No collections from a previous landlord. No collections from a utility company. This program is optional and only available to applicants who meet the above criteria. The Security Deposit Alternative does not cover damages - tenants remain fully responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
