At the back of the house is an additional 400 square foot cabin that can be used as an office or storage (but not as bedroom) Tenant Responsibilities. Sewer/septic and grass mowing are included in the rent. Tenants pay electricity, water, garbage, propane and are responsible for weeding and trimming the planter beds. Pets. Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. Move-In Requirements. First month's rent.
