The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $4,785. This zero-entry, ground-floor-only duplex unit features luxury vinyl flooring throughout and an open-concept layout with combined living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower. There is a separate laundry area with hookups available for a washer and dryer.
