Turn on Jasnia distribution in RealPage
RealPage manages syndication per property rather than account-wide, so the setup has a few more steps than Buildium or Propertyware. Here's the full path, plus what to do if Jasnia isn't showing up as an available channel yet.
Add Jasnia as a syndication channel
Log in to your RealPage account
Click Marketing Center
Select the property you want to connect to Jasnia
In the Listing Services dropdown, select the 3rd Party ILS tab
Under Active 3rd Party ILSs, click Add Channel
Check Enable next to Jasnia, then click Save
Don't see Jasnia in the channel list? See “Still don't see Jasnia?” below.Click Edit on the Jasnia channel to confirm lead routing
Enter your lead delivery details
Lead Delivery Email — your lead tracking email, or your property's main email if you don't use lead tracking
Lead Delivery Phone — your lead tracking number, or your office number if you don't use lead tracking
Listing Link — the URL of your property's listing page
Click Save
Repeat this process for each property you'd like syndicated to Jasnia.
Still don't see Jasnia as an available channel?
This can happen depending on your account setup. You can either contact your RealPage account representative directly, or open a support ticket with RealPage's team and ask them to add Jasnia as an available 3rd Party ILS channel for your account.
